What Is Dysport?

A Neuromodulator for Smooth, Natural Results

Dysport® is an FDA- and Health Canada-approved neuromodulator designed to temporarily relax overactive facial muscles, reducing the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. Similar to Botox® and Xeomin, Dysport uses botulinum toxin type A to smooth dynamic lines caused by repetitive movements like frowning, squinting, or raising your brows.

What sets Dysport apart is its ability to diffuse more broadly, making it particularly effective for larger areas such as the forehead. Patients also appreciate its slightly faster onset, with results often visible within 2–3 days.

How Dysport Works

Dysport temporarily blocks nerve signals to the targeted muscles, reducing their activity. When the muscles relax, the overlying skin appears smoother, while natural facial expressions remain intact.
